Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Summary:
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, wiring, and installing electrical panel boards and components according to technical drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality, precision, and reliability of BradSmart Phils. Co.’s electrical systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Job Qualifications:
High school graduate or vocational course completer in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
With at least 1 year of experience in electrical assembly or related work (fresh graduates may also be considered)
Basic knowledge of electrical tools, components, and wiring techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work in Sta. Maria, Bulacan
Team player with good work ethic and a willingness to learn
